I went to visit the business myself and came across two generations of a family working hand-in-hand with each other. The owner of Society Cleaners is an over-80-year-old man who still comes into the store every day to see what is happening in his business. His daughter Lourdes is the one who runs this business today. It is rare to find a person who is so in love with her business and can really be considered an expert in the industry, in order to provide customers with the best service possible.

Before the Wedding Day

In order for your wedding dress to look perfect on that special day, you need to make sure that it is cleaned and steamed properly, to look immaculate. It is not always easy to go through this process yourself. Wedding gowns are very delicate and need to be handled with care. After the Wedding Day

Your wedding has probably been the most important day of your life and one of the most valuable memories of your wedding is your wedding gown. To keep it as beautiful as it was on your wedding day it’s necessary to put it through a process of cleansing and preserving. They have a very specialized machine that has been programmed to process the wedding gowns in a slow and delicate manner in order to preserve the fabric. After cleaning, it will be hand steamed, and put together in a special box that will keep the gown clean and allow for the colors not to fade for many years to come.
