Society Cleaners, the Museum Cleaners

Built in 1954 in pure Art Deco style, #SocietyCleaners www.societyc.com has been used as a location for a fashion photo shoot. Our landmark signs inspired artist Monica McGovern whose "primary focus is on documenting the urban environment of the city," as part of the exhibit "Aesthetics and Values" at the #FrostArtMuseum .

The Frost Art Museum, part of Florida International University, an affiliate of the Smithsonian, has gained national attention with a collection that includes Hans Hoffman, a campus-wide sculpture program, major exhibits that include Roman mosaics from Israel, Shakespeare's folios, Rubens and Geometric Abstraction.  #Society Cleaners is proud to be included as a subject at the Frost.

#Society Cleaners has been featured in The Miami Herald, has been selected among the top dry cleaners in South Florida by WPLG, Channel 10, has received Proclamations from Miami-Dade County, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.  Now we can boast that we are "the museum cleaners."
